Commitment to Consumer Choice Mission Statement

The Commitment to Consumer Choice (CCC) reflects DMA’s continued emphasis on empowering consumers and strengthening their trust with the direct marketing community. Adhering to the Commitment to Consumer Choice, launched in October 2007, is required for DMA member organizations. The CCC requires that you notify consumers of the opportunity to modify or eliminate future mail solicitations. This site will lead you through the process by which you will come into compliance with all CCC guidelines.

 
   
 
Look for the CCC Seal
DMA members, upon successful completion of the CCC quiz, may use this site to download the DMA Logo. Consumers can take confidence in knowing that when they deal with an organization that displays the seal, that organization has taken the important steps necessary to safeguard their privacy and mailing preferences.
